of TUJIA cuisine. In September, mushroom grow everywhere in mountains.

delicate dish in Tujia people.

She meal
On She day in February, Tujia people make She Meal.
The course of She Meal is follow, fry wild shallot, fry smoking
pork, boil rice and mix wild shallot, smoking pork and rice.
Blood congee
In March each year, Tujia people kill pig and sacrifice
for White Emperor. In sacrifice ceremony, Blood Congee is feted
in the statue of White Emperor. Everyone must eat Blood Congee.
